Final Fantasy XIV Mountain Dew Event: What to Expect

During a recent Final Fantasy XIV live event, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida announced an exciting collaboration with Mountain Dew called the FFXIV Dawntrail event. This event, featuring a special Mountain Zu mount, kicked off on May 16, 2024. The unique promotion requires players to purchase bottles of Mountain Dew and redeem the codes found under the cap for in-game rewards.While the official redemption site was not live at the time of the announcement, players can look forward to claiming exclusive items such as the FFXIV Mountain Zu mount and a Sparkling Citrus Refreshment item that offers an XP boost in-game.

It's worth mentioning that this promotion is currently only available in the United States. However, the event promises real-world rewards as well, including shirts and a limited edition PC.

Final Fantasy XIV, a massively multiplayer online game available on various platforms including PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, is set to release its Dawntrail expansion on July 2, 2024. The Mountain Dew event featuring the Mountain Zu mount will run until July 14, 2024.
