If you purchased 'weighted goods' or 'bagged citrus' from Walmart between Oct. 19, 2018, and Jan. 19, 2024, you may be eligible to file a claim to receive a portion of Walmart's $45 million settlement. No proof of purchase is required to claim your share, but act quickly as the deadline to file a claim is June 5.

The lawsuit alleges that Walmart's point-of-sale machines inflated the weight of 'weighted goods' when marked at a 'rollback' price, resulting in customers paying more than the advertised discount price. Additionally, the lawsuit claims that Walmart misrepresented the weight of bagged produce and clearance products sold by weight.
