Celebrate Independence Day with Krispy Kreme's Patriotic Donut Collection

Krispy Kreme is celebrating Independence Day in the United States with a new line of donuts adorned with red, white, and blue toppings. The Star-Spangled Sweetness Collection features three patriotic donuts in a custom box and is available from June 21 onwards for a limited time at participating stores. The collection includes two new flavors and a returning favorite, the Firework Cookies & Kreme, Cotton Candy Sparkler Doughnut, and Freedom Flag Doughnut.

The Firework Cookies & Kreme donut is unglazed and filled with the brand's signature Cookies & Kreme, dipped in red icing, and topped with a blue icing swirl and a rocket candy piece. On the other hand, the Cotton Candy Sparkler Doughnut is an Original Glazed donut dipped in blue icing and cotton candy sugar, finished with white and red buttercream dollops. Lastly, the Freedom Flag Doughnut is an Original Glazed donut dipped in white icing and decorated with patriotic red icing stripes and blue and gold sprinkles.

In addition to being available in stores, customers can also purchase the new collection in a specialty 6-count box that is delivered fresh daily to select retailers. Customers who wear red, white, and blue to participating stores on July 4 can receive a free Original Glazed donut.
