China's Chang'e-6 Mission Successfully Lands on Moon's Far Side

China has announced that its uncrewed spacecraft, Chang'e 6, has successfully landed on the far side of the Moon, marking a significant achievement. The mission, which was launched from China's Wenchang Spaceport in May, aims to collect valuable rock and soil samples from this unexplored region for the first time in history. The successful landing took place in the South Pole-Aitken Basin at 06:23 Beijing time. This milestone was made possible by the advanced technology and expertise of the China National Space Administration (CNSA).
