Several Formula 1 drivers, including Carlos Sainz Jr. and Alex Albon, have been summoned to the stewards following the Monaco Grand Prix qualifying session. The incident involved Nico Hulkenberg, Esteban Ocon, Carlos Sainz, and Alex Albon, who are accused of impeding their rivals during the intense qualifying rounds in Monte Carlo. The controversy arose as Charles Leclerc secured a milestone 250th pole position for Scuderia Ferrari.

Hulkenberg is under scrutiny for allegedly blocking Ocon at Massanet and Casino Square during Q2, prompting complaints over the radio. Sainz and Albon are facing questions regarding an incident in Q1, where it is alleged that Ferrari obstructed Williams at the swimming pool exit.

Hulkenberg and Ocon are scheduled to appear before the stewards at 17:55 local time, followed by Albon and Sainz at 18:10. The Fdration Internationale de l'Automobile will investigate the incidents to ensure fair competition and sportsmanship in Formula 1.
