Elvis granddaughter, Riley Keough, has filed a lawsuit to challenge a foreclosure sale of Graceland, claiming it to be fraudulent. The 34-year-old, who serves as the trustee of the Promenade Trust, is seeking to prevent Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC from selling the iconic Memphis property in a non-judicial sale. The court documents allege that the LLC may not be a legitimate entity and that the loan and deed of trust linked to the sale are fraudulent. Keough's legal team asserts that her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, did not borrow the reported $3.8 million or provide Graceland as collateral. The lawsuit includes evidence suggesting that Presley's signature was forged on the documents. Priscilla Presley has supported Keough's claims, calling the sale a scam on social media. Elvis Presley Enterprises has also backed Keough in the legal battle.
