Chynna Phillips and William Baldwin have decided to part ways with their Santa Barbara residence. The couple has put their Mission Canyon property on the market for $3.8 million, a significant increase from the $2.9 million they paid for it in 2021. Following a complete makeover, the duo has enlisted the expertise of Sheela Hunt from Village Properties/Forbes Global Properties and are now turning their attention to Los Angeles.

Originally constructed in 1940, the house seamlessly blends contemporary conveniences with timeless elegance and is situated on a generous half-acre lot.

Featuring a circular driveway, brick steps, and a picturesque pathway enveloped by lush greenery and towering oak trees, the 2,049-square-foot main residence comprises two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional room suitable for use as an office or third bedroom.

In addition to the primary three-bedroom home, the estate includes a 1,000-square-foot guest house with two bedrooms, providing a total living space of over 3,000 square feet.
