Katy Perry Lights Up Paris With Fashion Forward Look

Katy Perry Shines at Vogue World: Paris with Fashion Innovation

Talk about sexy, confident! Katy Perry was so intelligent for signing on for Vogue World: Paris, because she lit up the runway at Place Vendme! The "Firework" singer, 39, strutted through the Parisian plaza wearing an archival Noir Kei Ninomiya dress with geometric shapes and tulle floral embellishments on the skirt. The barely there garment showed off plenty of Perry's skin, but she rocked it as she made her way around the plaza for the VIP guests in attendance.

Perry, who surprised everyone in attendance and probably on the live stream at home, which was hosted by Cara Delevingne wore her dark hair slicked back off her face. She wore a rosy lip color and matching eye shadow. Her look was complete with lace-up boots.

This year's event was dedicated to the connection between fashion and sports, so the show was split into decades, starting with the 1920s. Each decade showed off a different sport and placed a spotlight on French designers and fashion houses.

Star-Studded Vogue World: Paris After-Party

As Vogue World: Paris 2024 concluded, the night was far from over. The Vogue World: Paris after-party, at Maxims de Paris had only just begun. Hosted by Edward Enninful and Gigi Hadid, with Juan Costa Paz, Mark Guiducci, Ib Kamara, Chioma Nnadi, Carine Roitfeld, and Eugnie Trochu, the night attracted a star-studded crowd, many fresh from the catwalk which was, of course, the Place Vendme.

The 500-person show welcomed a bold-faced collection of supermodels, legendary athletes, and surprise musical artists. Amidst the red-clad walls of the historic art nouveau bistro, party-goers toasted endless flutes of Champagne as DJ performances by Hale Zero and DJ Ruckus encouraged live song requests from supermodel Naomi Campbell.

Spotted on the dance floor, Drag queen Keiona Revlon danced to Aya Nakamura while Maluma sang along nearby.

A Glittering Affair with Celebrities at Vogue World: Paris

This year's event marks the third in the Vogue World series since the publication's first show at New York Fashion Week in 2022. Last year's Vogue World: London was described as a "glamorous night at the theater" by Vogue's editor in chief Anna Wintour. The starry night featured the exciting super reunion of Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, and Naomi Campbell.

The 500-person show, a celebration of 100 years of French fashion and sport, welcomed a bold-faced collection of supermodels, legendary athletes, and surprise musical artists. Kate Upton, Anitta, Kyle Kuzma, Karlie Kloss, Eva Longoria, Russell Westbrook, Venus Williams, Serena Williams, Joey King, Rauw Alejandro, Emily Ratajkowski, Natasha Poonawalla, Joe Burrow, Stella Maxwell, Emma Chamberlain, and Justin Jefferson were among the partygoers.
