Despite only appearing in the Season 6 premiere due to his untimely death, his character's presence was still felt throughout the season. Cody Christian's character, Asher Adams, continued to reference Coach Montes, keeping his memory alive. In the recent episode, Coach Montes' storyline came to an end as it was revealed that he would be pursuing a job with the NFL. Asher had an emotional phone call with his mentor, bidding him a heartfelt goodbye. The episode also included a touching tribute card in memory of Kamar de los Reyes. All American is currently in its sixth season, with Season 7 already confirmed for fans to look forward to.
